Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 8 - 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. During high volume seasons, processing times may be extended. Please stay up to date with the header at the top of the website as that is the most accurate shipping time frame. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Processing times are different than shipping times. Items will be fulfilled in the order in which they are placed.
Please allow extra time for orders to arrive due to a high volume of orders in the hands of USPS. Once orders have shipped, your package is outside of Kewteepie's control.

Shipping rates are calculated based on product category. Items may arrive in multiple packages.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reached your destination country. Kewteepie is not responsible for these charges of they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from Kewteepie which will include a tracking number you can use to check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email (U.S. Customers), please contact us at kewteepiedesigns@gmail.com or kewteepieshop@yahoo.com with you name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
RETURNS
Physical product returns are issued on a case-by-case basis.
Printable products do not qualify for returns/exchanges.
Custom products also do not qualify for returns/exchanges.
Occasionally a pre-paid shipping label will be issued for returns, but is NOT guaranteed. However, approved returns by customer requests will be refunded less shipping fee. Please fill out our customer care section or email or to begin the refund process. Messages are responded to within 1-2 days.
In order for a return to take place, items must be unused and in original condition.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at kewteepiedesigns@gmail.com or kewteepieshop@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
